Prior to Columbia Group he held senior executive positions at Capitalyst (CEO), Space Applications Corporation (CTO), and BDM International (SVP). He received his BSEE from Penn State University, his MSE in Communications and Computers from George Washington University, and his D. Sc. from GWU.

Robert J. Low, Founder and Managing Director
30 years experience as a senior executive and management consultant concentrating in mergers & acquisitions, entity structure, business valuations, and tax considerations. Prior to Columbia Group he held positions at Capitalyst, LLC and StartUpFund One, LP (CFO), Matsys, Inc. (CEO), and Denburg & Low, CPA's (Founder and Principal). Mr. Low has frequently lectured on entity structure and related business and tax matters for the DC Bar Continuing Education Program and the George Washington University Law School. He has his BS in Accounting from the University of MD and is a CPA.
